Services for Assisted and Independent Living Facilities

What is included

  • Unlimited 24/7 support for your entire caregiving staff to Dr. Snipes' AI that is specifically trained to address the nuances of mental, behavioral and physical health in the older adult.
  • In-Service Training: Weekly bite-sized (30 minute) trainings related to care of older adults and/or people with dementia and resources to apply the knowledge (activities, printable checklists etc)
  • Up to 1 hour of phone consultation with Dr. Snipes per month regarding resident behavior or staff challenges.
  • Quarterly live, online NAB approved CEU trainings
  • Certification of your entire care staff in Empowered Senior Care. This certificate is grounded in trauma-informed, functional behavioral health principles to prevent and manage confusion, cognitive decline, agitation and chronic illnesses.

Cost:

  • $499/year flat rate for a facility with 5-49 employees.
  •  $899 /year flat rate for a facility with 50-99 employees.
  • $ 1500/year flat rate for a facility with 100-250 employees.

Concierge  Services for Older Adults

What is Included

  • 30-minute check-ins with the older adult twice per week via a simple to use video device.
  • Enhanced ability to video monitor and video chat with your loved-one when you are away
  • Regular communication with the family through a secure, online portal
  • 24/7 access to our Empowered Aging AI for consultation (Try it out here )
  • Referrals to a Medicare-Enrolled geriatric mental health specialist for counseling as needed.

Monthly Subscription: $650/month/per person includes everything above including the video-calling device and software.

 

Add-Ons

  • Telephone access to the concierge caregiver during normal business hours for family and home care providers to assist with managing challenging behaviors or situations ($40/hour)
  • If you are not local and your loved one has to go to the hospital, the concierge caregiver can meet them at the hospital, sit with them and keep you in the loop. ($40/hour, minimum 3 hours)
