TERMS OF SERVICE
This is consultation, not counseling. Dr. Snipes will not provide an official diagnosis nor is she able to provide “treatment” unless the individual lives in Tennessee or Florida where she is currently licensed. You are encouraged to seek out a therapist who can help you apply the tools and process the issues identified in the consultation.
Dr. Snipes is a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Qualified Clinical Supervisor in Florida and Tennessee. She has her PhD in Mental Health Counseling and is not a medical doctor or a registered dietician. She will not provide advice about medications or supplements or other “medically based” issues outside of her scope of practice. Dr. Snipes can help you identify ways to cope with medical issues and provide information about available treatments, but only you and your treatment team can make decisions about which ones are right for you.
PRIVACY POLICY
At DocSnipes, we value your privacy. We do not sell, rent or otherwise disseminate your contact information to any other parties, except as required by statute or law.
REFUND POLICY
- Scheduled appointments must be paid for in advance.
- Payments for scheduled individual or group consultation sessions are non-refundable.
- If a session is paid for, and does not occur or complete due to technical reasons and/or the counselor being unavailable the payments will be refunded. We reserve the right to prorate the session charge and refund for partial sessions.
- A payment will be refunded in full if a scheduled appointment in cancelled AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. If a scheduled appointment has been rescheduled more than twice and is cancelled or rescheduled for a third or more times, 50% of the charge will be refunded. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
