Many different things from illness to poor sleep or a life change such as moving can cause symptoms of anxiety or depression. To relieve those symptoms it is important to figure out whether the cause is situational, because of negative or unhelpful thinking or because of something physical (which is usually easily addressable).
Getting motivated and staying motivated to change and do the uncomfortable work that produces those changes can be difficult. Examine ways to keep moving forward until your achieve your goals.
