Before you can start on your journey to Happiness, you must first identify what is keeping you from being happy. What is causing your fatigue, irritability, impulsiveness, lack of motivation etc. Learn about the many different things that can cause these “symptoms” and how to identify what might be causing it for YOU.
There are many routes to Happiness, but along each route, at some point, you will need to address your nutrition, sleep habits, activity levels, relationships and unhelpful thinking patterns. This presentation examines how each one of these things impacts each other area.
